RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At ENDLESS & CO., your satisfaction is our priority.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we're happy to provide store credit for eligible returns submitted within 7 days of delivery. Store credit is issued for the item value only and does not include shipping costs.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at endlessandcogold@gmail.com. To ensure the fastest response, please avoid sending multiple emails about the same issue, as this may delay our ability to assist you.
Important Guidelines
- All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal. We no longer accept return requests via email.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
- Final sale items, including sample sale pieces, are not eligible for return or store credit.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit. Please package your jewelry securely and with care.
How to Initiate a Return
Access our Returns Portal to begin the return process.
FREE GIFT CREDIT POLICY (BUY 3 GET 1 FREE)
Your store credit will be calculated based on which items you return:
- Return only the free gift → 100% of the gift value
- Return the free gift + 1 paid item → 2/3 of the gift value
- Return the free gift + 2 paid items → 1/3 of the gift value
- Return the free gift + all paid items → $0 for the gift
- Return only paid items and keep the free gift → 70% store credit on returned paid items
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are not offered as standard, except in cases outlined below.
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Please note:
- A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders, with a minimum fee of $5.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to refunded orders.
- Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
WARRANTY & FAULT CLAIMS
Our jewelry is crafted to last. We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults when items are worn and cared for according to our guidelines. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects only
What's Not Covered:
- General wear and tear
- Tarnishing
- Accidental damage
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper care
If you believe your item is faulty, please stop wearing it immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Clear photographic or video evidence is required to assess all claims. Claims submitted without sufficient proof cannot be accepted.
MISSING OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Claims made outside these timeframes cannot be processed.
